Sales Support Executive

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Skills Required:

  • Excellent command over written and spoken English & Hindi

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Description:
  • Responsible for liaising with the sales and operations teams within the organization on daily routine
  • Visiting prospective clients to assess their move requirements and to provide them with a detailed breakup of costs and estimated time
  • Preparing detailed survey sheet/report with recommendations of the clients and up selling when an opportunity presents itself
  • Handling client and client queries with confidence on survey and representing the USP (Unique Selling Point) of PMR with exactitude
  • Conduct domestic / international surveys timely within TAT
  • To carry out cold calling and developing business relation with corporate and customers
  • Search new opportunities for business development and building database of prospective clients
  • Required to travel across the assigned area
