All activities were well coordinated and executed. Your assistance in custom clearance through the POA was particularly helpful given my tight work schedule. Overall, I found your service to be very efficient, prompt and responsive. One area for suggestion would be for folks in the field to respond to phone calls more promptly - case in point Ravi Shankar - he could never be reached. Another suggestion would be for better coordination between Chennai office and Delhi office. Someone from Chennai wanted me to give all the delivery information again when I had provided the same to you via email. Other than these two observations, the overall service was very good. This email is an appreciation to the work that PMR has done with my relocation from Delhi to Bangalore. The whole process from the teams visit to check the quantum of goods to packing and then finally loading everything to send to Bangalore was so seamless that we were at ease without any negative notion. When we received the goods and the car in Bangalore everything reached us in one piece and as the way it was packed. There was no damage caused to the goods whatsoever and that is the most comforting part as a customer.
